Jared E. Holland, Managing Partner at Holland Law Group, is a seasoned probate litigation attorney with almost 19 years of courtroom experience. Born and raised in Willcox, Arizona, Jared earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and has built a career focused on complex probate disputes, trust litigation, guardianships, and contested estates.
Jared's diverse legal background — including experience in family law, business law, bankruptcy, and civil disputes — gives him a multi-disciplinary advantage in resolving complex probate matters. In 2012, he opened Holland Law Group, focusing exclusively on probate litigation and estate administration, making the firm one of the few in Arizona dedicated solely to this area of law.
In addition to managing the firm, Jared currently serves as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore, providing him with rare insight into judicial decision-making. He also serves as the Planning and Zoning Commission Chair for the City of Surprise, strengthening his knowledge of real estate and property-related probate disputes.
Outside of the office, Jared enjoys traveling, scuba diving, making artisan bread, and spending time with his wife, Katherine, and their eight children.
